      If Bob is not ready to cash out by allowing the pac to fight Mayweather than I can see a unification bout with Alvarez happening.

          yes we are. but to answer your question why he didnt pay it back then because he could have unified against berto or pacquiao or any other title holder. it was because the money situation is the reason why he didnt pay for it.

              At the time Floyd wasn't a part of the Women Beating Association so he didn't care for the WBA belt. Now he's active in the WBA clubs so ofcourse he's going to pay the fee.
