The cab driver already had a date with Fury. And yes this is a crap fight but one has to remember that Wlad has fought Ring top ten fighters in 10 out his last 12 fights. And anyway you want to look at it or analyze it, there aren't to many fighters in any division that can make that claim.

In addition to Helenius, Fury, Povetkin he also offered to fight Arreola in December at Madison Square Garden but Arreola declined. Fighting Butler and Molina aren't going to prepare him for a title shot he should have accepted.
