I see you just started watching boxing. Mosley was willing to go down to 140 to fight PAC after Mosley had dismantled Marg. Thats when Mosley would show up at Wild Card and beg Roach to put Manny in the ring with him and Top Rank refused. Pac only fought Mosley after he lost to Floyd and a draw against Mora.

Cotto isn't washed up and i like him a a fighter but his skill level isn't up there with Mayweather and he'll get outboxed like everyone is predicting. Nothing against Cotto because he's come a long way and he showed his doubters were wrong.
