Floyd never underestimates anyone, he is not so full of himself to think he can get away with underestimating people and get away with it. Hes not that good.

Cotto hid behind his promoter, same as Pacquiao. Who did Margarito beat to warrant a fight with Floyd? He wasnt bringing anything to the table. At that time Mexicans werent supporting anybody not name Barrera or Morales. And Floyds been calling out Mosley since 99. He could of had that fight when Shane was at LW and Floyd at JrLW. But he choose to move up 2 weight classes to fight Oscar. And Kotza Tszyu wouldnt fight anywhere but Austrailia. Man you sure are a forgetful mutha****a.

That's all good but let's not act like Pacquiao's handlers (Arum) don't cherry pick his fights too, or even worse fight at catch weights... The fact of the matter is people need to just get over it, we are living in a era now where it's all about the benjamins, the old days where the best fought the best are long gone, pretty much every fighter out there is getting cherry picked opponents these days, especially when your bringing in the type of money that Manny and Floyd are 100 million+ in 1 night ect....
