Anyone that has ever fought Cotto, win or lose, has been in a fight. Mayweather will probably win on points but he will finally be in a fight where it will seem like he was in a fight.

Does anybody know if their gonna use 10 oz gloves or 8 oz gloves? Im assuming since its at 154 they would use 10 oz gloves but I dont know for sure.

Pretty sure its 10 oz gloves. I highly doubt floyd would ask for permission to have the gloves at 8oz fighting cotto.

10 oz. 147 is the highest weight you wear 8 oz in Nevada.

If Mayweather Jr wins the 154lbs crown, then, expect him to make another demand that if ever he's gonna fight Pacman it should be at 154lbs!

Anyway, I expect Cotto, to give his best shot!

Truth about the matter is that Cotto seems better than he is because he was very protected until he faced Mosley.

Mosley was the first guy Cotto faced that could have (and in many minds did) beat Miguel.

Aside from that fight, Cotto took the Top Rank path of seeking vacant titles instead of facing reigning champions. He did it at 140lbs and he did it at 147lbs.

                How good is Miguel?

Well, judging by his wins, which came against Mosley, Clottey and Margarito ... not that good.

Mosley was coming off of a failed campaign at jrMW.

Clottey was beating Miguel before Cotto had to get dirty, bodyslam him and lowblow him.

Margarito went into this fight with a damaged orbital bone which Cotto targeted all night .. and even then Antonio started to come on in the later rounds like the first fight.

Aside from those wins, he beat Yuri Foreman to gain the first non-vacant title he's ever had in his career.

                Why overestimate the guy?

Why not just let him win on his own merit?

You see, this is just the problem with team PAC. Floyd isn't fighting Cotto because he thinks the fight will be easy. That is what we call "CHERRY PICKING" I.E. making sure the odds are in your favor so you guarantee your win.

Floyd is challenging himself. Something you should consider doing.

WTF? Manny "ducker of the decade" Pacquiao almost lost to Marquez if it wasn't for a his Top Rank judges.
