Two good fights, right winners - for once.

The only super fight at 130 is Adrien Broner vs. Takashi Uchiyama, both are huge for super featherweights, the winner can move up to lightweight saying they cleaned out the 130 pound division.

Devon is a beast at 147 he was walking through Maidanas puches like they were nothing. He should be fighting for the WBA championship instead of feather fisted Paulie

Not a bad night at all...was a little disappointed in Steve Smoger...That was his first 'bad' ref job that I've seen as there was alot of dirty fighting with both Alexander and Maidana taking advantage of his 'let 'em fight' officiating style...but I am excited in what both Broner and Alexander do from this point on...alot of people forget how young Alexander really is...Ortiz/Berto winner(or loser if winner gets the Mayweather sweepstakes) will be a great fight and a good story at the end of the year hopefully. Boxing is completely phasing MMA programming out of my DVR.

good win for both fighters.....but you can't stand in front of a guy who has faster hands and hits just as hard or harder than you and expect to win. alexander might have to start looking for a new trainer. you have to do and say a little more than "relax" between rounds. cunningham looked real shaky with his advice especially before the last round. at one point the the cut man had to give alexander advice. it was big difference between his corner and broner's corner.

Broner should stay at 130 and weight for Juanma and Nonito.

Totally forgot how young Alexander was but if was 12 rounds he could have been the first to KO Maidana.. Tim Bradley was right when he said Alexander was to young to face him January of 2011. Ortiz would definitely be a stern test for him

im still not convinced with alexander's performance, yea he looked pretty damn good, but its clear that the weight effected maidana, maidana looked completely drained after the 5th round....that wasn't really maidana, that was someone fighting in a place where he souldn't be, and i think everyone would agree that at 140, maidana utterly destroys alexander

alexander fought someone who doesn't belong in the welterweight division, he's gonna fight others who do, and he's gonna be in for a rude awaking, for one thing the ppl who do belong at welterweight are gonna be able to take alexander's punches, they're not gonna run outta gas after 5 rounds, and their punches are gonna hurt alexander, mark my words
                      he got beat face it.
