Who should Devon Alexander fight next at 147???

Realistically, he'll probably be back in 5-6 months, which would mean a July-August resturn. Who should he fight???

We have Khan-Peterson II in May, Guerrero-Aydin in July (maybe), Ortiz-Berto II in June, Pacquiao-Bradley in June, Malingaggi-Senchenko in April, Mayweather-Cotto in May, Brook is fighting Hatton in March, Jones-Bailey in June.

If he fights again in August, the only real options at 147 would be Malignaggi-Senchenko winner or Kell Brook. No one else fits the right time frame at the moment for him. Personally, I'd like to see him fight the Paulie-Senchenko winner. If Paulie can go to east jesus nowhere and beat Senchenko for the WBA title, I have no problem with Alexander-Malignaggi going down for that title. Devon earned a big fight for a title with whopping Marcos tonight. Also, Paulie and Devon have a general dislike for one another, as Paulie loves to flaunt his "Devon is my b****" shirt like he did last October.

I also wouldn't mind seeing Golden Boy scrap the Guerrero-Aydin thing in July, and making Alexander-Guerrero for July. That'd be a good fight as well.

Who you want to see Devon fight next???

The winner of Khan/Peterson, the winner of Berto/Ortiz or the winner of Malignaggi/Senchenko. Those are the most logical choices in my eyes.

Guerrero would be a good match...Paulie fight would be boring.

The winner of berto Ortiz which will be Ortiz. But I see Vic stopping him within 6. Devon did impress tonight though.

If Paulie wins a belt expect Alexander to get that fight next.

With a belt, Alexander will have a shot to get an Ortiz, Berto, Bradley rematch, etc..

I was thinking the same thing but, it's kinda of bs for sub 25 Y/O fighter to be fighting only every 6 months. And man, Bradley's resume indirectly has gotten a major boost the past 3 months.

Alexander is rebuilding goodwill among boxing fans right now. Do you think fighting Vargas would kill that?

                    MIKE JONES!

But since he is with Top Rank that probably won't happen anytime soon so maybe the Winner of Selcuk Aydin vs Robert Guerrero...I think either would be a nice match up for Alexander

Still need a lot of work but I seen some improvement in him but that was mostly because Maidana is SO SLOW!
