He's filming Rocky in which He'll be over 200 pounds for that fight. I'm willing to bet He doesn't want to have to lose those pounds, and He can get much bigger money at HW where you have bigger names, not the Adamek's and such at light heavy.

For Mike this is all about the money, for Tarver its about a big payday and an opportunity to open that mouth of his wider then it already is. But I think Mike will take him, if he doesn't hes goin to look like a bum, and he doesn't want to be in that situation again.

I'm pretty sure Iron Mike would KO Tarver if he had a trainer that could focus Tyson, but who's willing to do it, and even if there willing to how would they do it. I just don't know if Mike has enough brain power to fight another fight. If he does fight Tarver: GOOD LUCK MIKE
