his issues are mental. he doesnt let his hands go. he'd let the fight get closer than it should be. he's a nightmare style for cloud.

Yeah, he does but I still think Cloud has a great chance of KO'ing Dawson. Dawson does not and will never have a killer instinct. I also see him relaxing and letting Cloud stay in the fight.

This is funny. I don't remember Dawson going over to Glen Johnson at the end of their first fight and telling him "I know you beat me tonight"....Maybe my memory is fading.

Cloud's first problem is getting rid of his tranier. .. start there and move on - hey here's a thought Bunani - try telling your fighter to get his foot on the outside instead of standing square and getting drilled..

Even after Cloud's flat performance against Campillo, I still say a Cloud-Dawson fight is a toss up, Why you ask? Number one: Dawson IMO IS indeed the more talented and overall skilled fighter compared to Campillo, but Campillo carries intangibles and a mental toughness that helped fight such a good fight against Cloud, Dawson does not possess these things IMO. Chad has serious focus issues, and just lacks the pure confidence in his talent and ability. Campillo is a more relaxed boxer as to Chad, he also pressures you, his hands are constantly moving. Yes Campillo and dawson are both southpaws, yes they're bot generally boxer/counter-punchers, BUT that's where the similarities and comparisons end. The key to beating cloud is combination punching, it freezes him at times, that's why Campillo was succesful. Chad goes into SERIOUS lulls throughout a bout, which on the world class level could cause a loss (look at the Pascal fight), or worse, get you knocked out. If Dawson stayed poised and focused i'd favor him by close decision, but if he shows up with his lulls, I GUARANTEE Cloud wins VIA KO/TKO, Cloud would not allow Dawson to sit back and lull. That would cost Dawson the fight. Just my opinion.

Rather see him rematch Pascal in a neutral location.
