chad's got the psychological edge on hopkins now....hopkins whole career has been built on intimidating smaller men, and with dawson he's looking at a bigger, possibly stronger, and equally talented fighter, who isn't interested in making movies in between fights like tarver, and obviously isn't intimidated by hopkins physically or mentally...hopkins definitely has to fight to win this one and he knows it...

Grandma Hopkins is scared Chad can see the biatch in him and I can too.

He will find his way out of this fight somehow like he did last time.

Bhop is the master of dirty tricks, crying, and doing anything to win.

I've never seen a fighter hop on an opponents back before Hopkins.

Look the mind is a powerful thing and Hopkins does play mind games, but people act like he needs mind games to win. NEWSFLASH: You don't go 52-5 being one of the greatest middleweights of all time, then winning the light heavyweight championship, THEN become the oldest fighter to win a serious championship with SMOKE AND MIRRORS ALONE, and he did it in the champions backyard not once but twice, and Bernard fought his ass off, OH YEAA, Hopkins has become one of the GREATEST FIGHTERS SINGLY PLAYING MIND GAMES HIS WHOLE CAREER, jesus christ.....

T MANN- bernard is top 5 middleweights in the history of the sport. the mental edge hopkins has always and in every fight for the last ten years, but i gotta say =skills? ok, maby granpa and chad now have equal skills, but chad will NEVER be as smart as bernard. I normally don't even entertain the BS on this forum, but one of my pet peeves is ignorance. Bernard Hopkins is nearly 50 years old and is still fighting at a world class ELITE level. Against Pascal he boxed and traded with Pascal, a very strong, athletic, fast and hard punching boxer. Dawson is talking all this s.hit, but if you look back at the two fights between Ex and Pascal, and then look at chad vs Pascal, Dawson was getting rocked and thrown around like a rag-doll, yet Hopkins sat in the pocket with Pascal and bested him most of the time. The shocker here is that Hopkins was in his late 40's and Dawson was in his late 20's!!

I have tremendous respect for Chad and his talent, but he's been acting like a pissed off child with no ability to compose himself whenever Hopkins is even brought up, so if ANYBODY has the mental edge, it's Hopkins. Dawson is the one resorting to corny name calling, I mean he's supposed to be a world class athlete, yes Hopkins has insulted fighters etc, but Hopkins does it in a concise controlled manner, Dawson is genuinely losing his composure, so i'll say again if you think that says "Dawson has the mental edge" Ya ain't got a clue what "mind games" are.
