What is he talking about? Wladimir had the right to laugh he didn't hide it with the Reporters either he said he was shocked and disappointed he's very respectful

There isn't anything hypocritical about it anyway. Hypocrisy would be to brawl at a press conference after you condemn other people for doing the same. Wladimir smiled at two idiots brawling. It would only be hypocritical if he had previously condemned someone for smiling at a brawl taking place.

Wladimir told the media right after it happened, it's in one of the videos he's laughing and saying he is disappointed he seemed amused by it
