Both say the same thing.
Pacquiao has agreed to the tests
Mayweather no longer wants 50/50 and only offer Manny a flat fee of $40m leaving the rest for Mayweather, which could be as much as $80m- $110m.
And Mayweather has said previously 50/50 was fine and agreed and all Pacquiao had to do was to take the test and the fight will happen.
Their statements are not contradictory, but how anyone cannot see that Floyd does not want this fight from his own statement's beggars belief.

Floyd, Manny and I all say the same thing, but some people can't even accept it if Floyd says it and make excuses, because in their mind Floyd can do no wrong.

Manny has accomplished more that Floyd has and ever could. He also has a better resume than Floyd. Manny deserves his fair take. If Floyd wanted to fight hed agree to Split of 50/50 and give the fans what they want. Anyone with no business sense at all can see that Mayweathers offer was insanely ridiculous! Floyd is sacred bottom line!

Though I would have still been curious to see what Arum would have said about May 5th. He stayed hell bent on late May in a customized stadium".
Conclusion: Arum is full of it, Floyd is full of it and Pac is full of it.
