Floyd who? Is that the guy that ducked Manny Pacquiao like Uncle Sam who's dad got beat down by Sugar ray Leonard, His Uncle got beat down by JC Chavez, and his other uncle got beat down by Oscar DLH? Looks like this Floyd person found a foolproof way to break the family cycle of losing to the best fighters of their era.

plus Alvarez vs Mosley, that's a joke. how many times do we need to see Mosley get outclassed on PPV, Mora, Mayweather and Pacquaio.

I just don't like watching fights where I'm pretty sure about the out come, even more so when I have to pay $60 to see it.

it's a lot more hype then substance. I'd rather see Cotto vs Alvarez and Mayweather vs Martinez. forget about Pac that will never happen

        I respect your answer.

Will be in vegas this weekend. Not sure if I'll be able to land the mayweather cotto tickets in the arena. Does anyone know how the atmosphere is in the closed circuit venues? Do they Sell fast? Never been to vegas on a boxing fight weekend. And are you allowed to order ppv for the fight in the hotel rooms?

Atmosphere for closed circuit is great...I usually go to the one at the MGM because it's close to the actual arena where the fight will be, so you get to be somewhat in the mix of everything going on before and afterward. Youll see plenty of boxing characters, other celebs and plenty of women walking thru the casino on fight night and thats y I go there. It's held in big ballrooms with plenty of screens and a couple thousand people there to watch it...I'm looking forward to this one, the ladies will b out lol.

I don't know if tickets sell fast or not, but I get them on the first day just to be sure I'll be at the MGM. They have viewings at most MGM owned properties on the Strip if you don't want to be around that large of a crowd. Other hotels like Mandalay Bay, NY/NY, etc. And no, you can't buy PPV in ur room.

i still expect cotto to show up in the middle rounds, he might take a round or two, he might even wobble mayweather, then i expect mayweather to close out the show, might even be a tko considering how it seems that cotto's face gets busted up real bad in every fight he's in....cottos prolly gonna get knocked down in the later stages of the fight, but if his face holds up i expect him to go the distance

if all trends hold i'm just gonna wait till fight night when they still have thousands left and they are giving them out to fill the arena.
