As BoxingScene.com had previously reported, welterweight contender Omar "Businessman" Chavez will return to the ring on Saturday March 17 in his hometown of Culiacan. Zanfer Promotions will stage the event and TV Azteca will televise. Zanfer has announced the comeback opponent, solid adversary Emilio Julio (20-7-2, 13 KOs) of Colombia. Chavez (27-1-1, 20 KOs) returns for the first time since last December's decision loss to countryman Jorge "Maromerito" Paez.
