I believe Pinoy boxing is getting better as well but I think part of the reason Pacquiao is the most popular athlete in the world is bc he is filipino. if pac was mexican he would not be as popular. I think the kids is wrong tho bc i think filipinos are going to have a lot of good fighters coming up. Donaire is a real amazing talent.

Donaire is great but I'm not a fan of his matchmaking at the moment. viloria and Nietes are decent title holders.

It's too bad a lot of the Pinoy boxers coming up are flyweights and bantamweights. You can't build superstars off of those divisions. I think Milan Melindo and Genesis Servania, two finesse boxers will be the future stars of Philippine boxing. Who are Pinoys that you think have good potential?

This reminds me...the other day I was at the Staples center in L.A. for the Lakers-Suns game and they were broadcasting live after the game in Chick Hearn Court right outside of Staples where all the statues are. All the Lakers fans were chanting "Boston Sucks" at the live broadcast and other shit like that then two pinoys that looked like hardcore wannabe thugs started climbing on the Oscar De La Hoya statue and started punching him in the face. They said some really ignorant things like "fuck oscar all about pacman" and then one guy who looked Hispanic said something along the lines of "team mayweather" and the two pinoys went off and said "**** that n****". Basically they would use the n word over and over in a derogatory way to describe mayweather and his fans until security told them to leave property. These are the same type of people you see on Mayweather videos who use these racial terms in the comments.

I remember back when my man USS Cunningham went to war with Adamek....my bias is the Philly fighters....after that fight I became a strong Adamek fan....like dude said in the vid...it came a time in that fight when I felt like I was watching a classic...it made me like BOTH dudes...so I really felt what he was saying about going for your man and then just admiring the effort of BOTH spartans.....same with Mosley-Cotto....Shane has ALWAYS been my one of my fav 2....after the Cotto fight, I kinda liked Cotto....after the Clottey fight I respected him ALOT more...in fact, I had bets on Clottey in that fight....I know what dude in the vid is saying...I've been there done that
