maidana needs a couple of knockdowns and a khan-maidana round 10 performance somewhere in there to get a draw. he definitely needs a KO to win. that's the honest truth.

Maidana knew this since he signed the fight, I mean Alexander already has robberies over Kotelnyk and Matthysse , both in Missouri.

according to tim lueckenhoff, team maidana went in hard and pressed the issue of having neutral judges. he says he did his very best to satisfy maidana's camp. we'll see how this pans out... i think even missouri is sick of these robberies.

I am glad this fight is only 10 rounds. Put the pressure on Alexander that way he has that all out attack in the 10 round. Maidana just don't go in there all ****** cuz you might get knockout like Urango.

he should pull out, because it seems no matter what, unless you win by stone cold knockout, you're getting the shaft and are going to lose, as long as the dk fighter makes it to the final bell, dk's fighter will win a preposterous 116-110 against the REAL winner........ like last night, holy ****!

Thatgs the only way cuz Alexander cant get a legitimate win outside his hometown or somewhere close by.

Pretty sad the state of boxing that harcore fans all know before the fight takes place that one fighter has to score a ko win or has no chance at getting credit for his work.

I know Chino is certain of what he has to do.

its a lot harder to rob somebody when he knocks his opponent clear into the cheap seats

i think perhaps the events of the weekend will further push maidana to look for the knockout (which he looks for for 3 mins of every round anyway)

i really cant stand that they are going 10
