he never got glassed, he was just saying that to save face for eating up those punches

the way haye was holding the bottle would have done more damage to haye than chisora

chisora picked a fight ad got dealt with, if you watch the foatage, he was all wobbly and shaky, he was seeing the birds

I'd say it's more because he probably noticed he got hit with a bottle with the drink going all over him.

Like I said in the first post, if you see a full fledged heavyweight and his entourage coming towards you, especially Chisora who the day before slapped Vitali, spat water at his brother and said to Wlad that he is going to hit haye, cant blame him for throwing the first punch... coz Chisora is damn unpredictable

I think anyone would feel threatened by a completely unpredictable guy who a couple of days ago slapped Vitali without provocation and then spit on Wladimir's face also unprovoked. Haye was shit, that's for sure, but Chisora deserved it.

Not defending it but it wasn't quite unprovoked:

Last year, Chisora should have fought Wladimir Klitschko. He trained for 10 solid weeks only to be told the bout was off so Klitschko could fight Haye and earn millions.

Dereck was left with nothing and felt used.

Fast forward to this weekend and there was real aggravation in the dressing room.

As per the rules, a representative from the opposition checks the fighters' hands. Lo and behold, in walks Wladimir.

Gamesmanship, mind games, whatever, Chisora didn't want him there. They objected to the way his hands were wrapped and officials were called in to sort it out.

At one stage Chisora said: "Don't worry, call the fight off."

I told Wladimir he meant it and to back off or the fight would not happen.

This lasted 20 minutes — just 90 minutes before the fight.

Understandably, Dereck was upset. I told him the ring-walk would be delayed so he could warm up.

haye did exactly what he was suppose to do. if a guy tells me he's gonna slap me in the face then gets up, takes off his jacket and starts walking over toward me im not gonna stand there like a fukkin idiot and let him slap me especially when i know he's already slap one guy and spit in another guys face. imma start teeing off on his ass the second he gets in punching distance plain and simple. what kind of ****** lets a guy walk from across the room and slap him in the face when he knows it coming ??

chisora wouldve been paid some stand-aside money by wlad's team for not fighting him. If they had a contract to fight each other then theres no way derek wouldve been uncompensated

Exactly, Haye threw the first punch but you don't have to be a genius to know that Chisora was going to do something ******.
