Also going down in weight is tougher than going up. If Rios is truly that much bigger, then that means he would be weaker making the weight, where Gamboa might be stronger.
close to 20 lbs. even if u say gamboa belongs at 130, which is arguable imo, rios belongs at 140 rather easily. theres no question this is a david vs goliath fight, i dont even see how anyone argues otherwise. only way thats possible is if u dont know the weight histories of both fighters.

and yes, rios will likely be drained, thing is, hes used to it. he can fight that way as he has proven in the past. its still a much more dangerous fight for gamboa than vice versa.

Not sure what your point is? The quotes in that article were fake. And, this fight has been signed at 135.

I think we all agree that Yuri is a special fighter, and most (if not all) of us saw that early on. This fight with Rios can only enhance Yuri's stature for us, not diminish it.

You don't get used to being drained.

Yes Rios belongs at 140. It will be harder going down than up. Rios would might very well be weak in making the weight.

This might be a David vs Goliath and just as easily be a Pacquaio vs DLH.

Exactly so if he is forced to make 135. Then he is a dead man walking.
