      interesting
Not sure how you conclude he is refusing to give evidence. Because he asked for a 14 day cutoff of olympic style testing before a fight with FMJ?

If someone slanders you and does damage then it is the one slandering that bears the burden of proof of the accusations.

The real problem for a defamtion lawsuit is proving damage from the slander. Mannys legal team will have a difficult task proving that.

He doesn't have to prove he isn't taking PEDs he has to prove that Floyd made the accusations with no credible evidence to support it.

He also has to prove that he has been hurt by Floyd's accusations, financially, hence the "defamation of character suit"

Hilarious as a drunk guy walking into a bus shelter.

I'm sure I will be LMAO when he is up in court, claiming Pacquiao is on A-side meths that was used in the Philippines 400 years ago and when the US were firing their 45s at them the bullets were bouncing off them.

Think he trying to cop the insanity plea myself.

Man The Mayweathers are some haters. I mean how hard is it to give Pacquiao his props? PAC is a great fighter, if one of them says it then it doesn't mean that Floyd isn't great too. Smh

HBO will put it on PPV and bill it as Pacquiao vs Mayweather "The War of Words" or maybe "Judgement Day"
