Probably should not have said schooled, only read about it, quite comfortable for Calderon though

What PEDs increase the capacity for recovery?

I doubt he's doing any serious workouts right now. I assume Diaz is already studying tapes and Cotto is doing light work in prep for camp. He did the same against Margarito.

Not surprised, considering the promotional duties for this kind of superfight are probably going to be pretty demanding. Better to get a leg up on things.

Dont over train cotto, but watch the dvds of Floyd fight. Its been so long since he fought he might not fight like that now though thats the problem.

Good news for Cotto. I want to see Cotto at his optimum weight. Whether that's 150 or 154.

Get his mind on Floyd and not get caught up with the oncoming media storm coming.

Yeah, I know he has no chance blaah blahh.....but at least he's taking this fight seriously and should be in the best shape of his life.
If this is true then I hope he doesn't leave it all in the gym cause when you in you been in battles like cotto It might be easy to do to much
