The return of former WBA flyweight champion Luis "El Nica" Concepcion (23-3, 18KOs) has been officially announced in Panama. Concepcion will return on March 15th against Oscar Gallardo (8-3, 3KOs) for the WBO's Latino flyweight title. Concepcion, 26-years-old, looks to regroup his career after suffering two TKO losses in 2011 to Hernan "Tyson Marquez of Mexico. Concepcion wants to move up the ranking ladder until he secures a fight with WBO champion Brian Viloria.
