VIDEO CLIP: Vicious knockout that would make your bones chill...

I just wanted to share this KO clip, last Saturday's UFC Middleweight Championship bout when defending champion Rich Franklin KO'd Nate Quarry...

The knockout looks just like a typical KO but if you look closely, Quarry's body froze and his muscles contracted with that knockout. Observe very carefully how his right leg was extended up in the air even when his whole body was already down. I thought for a second he had a stroke or something. Fortunately, he was OK but I got scared ****less for a second there.

I didn't have to look closely to see that his body was stiff like that. Is he in a coma or something now?

thats exactly what happened when tank abbott fought John Matua. He hit him so hard that his whole entire body froze. His arms locked forward up into the air, his legs froze stiff, his neck cranked forward, and his mouth was busted wide open.

You have to see this stuff sometimes to remind you exactly what fighters are facing. That's why I try not to hate on even the ugliest stylistic fighters. They're all facing that possibility so even stepping in to the ring and hugging, clinching and running is still some kind of victory.
I don't want to watch it but I won't throw '*****' epithets around.

Brutal, the floor did as much damage as the puch.

Does anyone know if the floor in UFC is padded or springloaded or is solid???

That's nothing compared to what Tank Abbot did in his first ever UFC fight vs some big Hawaiian guy. He hit him on the mouth, big fat guy falls backwards to his back while his arms and legs begin to have epileptic seizures. Blood bubbles from his mouth and nose as doctors rush in to help him.

Tank mocks the guy by pretending to have a seizure too while laughing and pointing at the guy.
