Why can't they just make it so that winners get more money?

Have a purse split, but the winner gets this bigger cut. So if the purse split is 60/40, why not let the winner get the bigger cut.

Its not like that in any other sport, why in boxing? In football, baseball, etc. They know how much they are going to make before they play the games. Its just better for the sport in the long run.

I think they should have a national commission which regulates this much like they do in every sport.

In North American sports, there is a economic regulations with every single major league (NBA,NHL,MLB etc.). They should do this with boxing also.

This would definetly motivate fighters more. You wouldn't get guys just showing up for a paycheque.

actually manny, some people spell paycheck, paycheque. Sort of like color = colour and some other british **** I dont remember. But paycheque is spelled like that....somewhere.
