Floyd has had three years. Floyd has opted for other hand picked opponents 4 times (Marquez, Mosley, Ortiz & now Cotto). Floyd wants the paycheck, he doesn't want the risk. Oscar is trying to make a paycheck since Golden Boy Promotions is taking a financial beating, and Floyd needs to grow a set.
