Comments Thread For: Eloy Perez: I Think Adrien Broner is Scared ****less!

Eloy “The Prince” Perez who will be taking on WBO Super Featherweight champion Adrien Broner in St. Louis on February 25th on HBO is training hard and putting the finishing touches on his training camp. Perez chose to move the final phase of training to Oxnard, CA at Robert Garcia’s Boxing Academy which has become a boxing hotbed.
BoxingScene.com caught up with Perez and he explained the reason for the change in sites for his training.

He better take this seriously and not overlook Perez, I took a look at some of his fights and he has better power than his record indicates, good hand speed and over all skill too.

after the Ponce De Leon fight, I don't Broner will ever underestimate any fighter he fights

Eloy is a good fighter though and he could give Broner so problems early in the fight, but I think eventually the Counters will start landing MORE AND MORE for Broner the longer the match goes and it is a good chance Broner could explode on him and Finish Him with a KO

He won his last two fights by stoppage and from the videos I've seen he's pretty decent. I'm hoping for a good fight, Eloy has some good skills to trouble Broner.

These are his last 2 fights

Eloy Perez is a solid first defense for Broner. But, Broner will KO this guy.

After Perez, there are still a lot of fights Broner can take at 130, before his jumps to 135 eventually.

Salgado, Magdaleno, Martinez, Burgos, Uchiyama, or even Ponce De Leon (who some felt he lost to).

                Broner is the real deal.

If he learned anything from Floyd mayweather then he should be able to see those wide hooks coming and hit I'm with that right up should be easy but then again he's not Floyd
