Cotto also can't fight backing up, and that's what he would have been doing all night. If Cotto was so sure he'd have beaten him he wouldn't have ducked him. PW was a nightmare style matchup for Cotto. A taller, longer, much faster, and much better skilled Chetto.

Quintana outclassed PWILl in the first fight and I would expect Cotto to do even better. But I do see ur point.

I recall PWilL vs Winky and telling my uncle PWILL was a K.O. waiting to happen when he got caught (I think a right) from Winky (no power at all) and got rocked. Both Canelo and jr. knock him out. To beat him all u need is good timing and if u can punch he will go down.

pwilly has a good chin imo. anyone would have koed with the martinez shot, was just a perfect shot. I saw lara smash him a couple times and paul took them well. I'm in the minority, but to me pwilly beats canelo and mite even beat julio 2, although chavez's huge size might be a problem, he's never been in with a fighter of williams caliber.

I like PW, he is a good fighter, always fighting top guys, i don't think he get's enough credit for what he's done. I still think he needs a new trainer that comes with better game plans.

They sure did! I think Chavez youth, body punchin, good chin and size will out do PWill who in IMO is weak at 160 based on the Winky fight. I do how ever take Canelo back.

Even though I think Canelo is the more talented fighter I actually think Jr would be the much tougher fight for PW. Jr is so big and it would be interesting to see who would back up first. It won't ever happen unless PW proves he's completely shot, which hasn't happened quite yet.

I am the Punisher's biggest fan on this site. However the fact remains that He gets hit too cleanly & too often to beat Chavez. His midsection is skinny & Chavez feasts on the body. Paul isn't taking shots from a 180lb man for 12 rounds.
