He is not under TR, but it seems like that's the only US promoter (TR) that wants to get him a US gig.

Gamboa-Rios hasn't been finalized, but it might be at a point of no return. If it isn't, Rios might just move on to JMM-Rios in Dallas Stadium (scaled down to around 20000 seats or less). Rios might want this fight even more than a Gamboa fight and if Arum/Top Rank is dead set on Dallas Stadium, he's the best option.

I would anticipate either fight... JMM-Rios is a can't miss FOTY and Gamboa-Rios is Gamboa's coming out party.
