NO BS. Just the honest truth. Chavez showed much improvment in his fight against Rubio. He didnt back peddle for most of the fight like many thought he would do. He also has a better chin than most of us boxing fans gave him credit for. However he still has a lot of work to do. He is still a B rated fighter at best. Sergio Martinez on the other hand is the pound for pound champ in his division without a doubt. If Chavez doesn't fight him next he needs to vacate the title. Its just not good for the sport to continue Arums cherrypicking.

Martinez, Proksa, both KO Jr. late, around the 9th or 10th round. Pirog and Golovkin even earlier. Sturm by wide decision, even outside of Germany. Geale probably outpoints him too. Other than that at 160, Jr. is probably competitive.
Arum is just trying to sell tickets by talking ******, per usual. Puffing Jr. up before he signs to beat up Margarito, a one-eyed junior middleweight who has been stopped in three of his last four fights.
The truth is, the old ****heel won't let Jr. get into the ring with the best 160-pounders like Martinez, Pirog or Sturm, so his talk is just crap

1)Martinez, Pirog, Proksa, Golovkin all outclass and probably stop him

2)N'jikam, Sturm, Geale comfortably outbox him

3)Lee, Quillin, Khurtsidze, Macklin action fights JC loses and gets stopped

            4) Bursak, Murray, Barker bit closer than group 2 fights but i expect would outbox him

14 MW's off the top of my head that beat JCC. Oh and Zbik already did beat him.

When I watched the fight live I thought Chavez narrowly won. Watched it the next day and have to agree with you.

if Martinez beats Macklin, Chavez will move up and vacate.

I'm positive the WBC will somehow strip Andre Ward and Chavez will face Pavlik for the title in the 168 super fight Arum would like to make. Sulaiman will just brush aside Anthony Dirrell, because who cares about him.

Sulaiman will do anything to keep a green belt on Chavez.
