Margarito: After an 18mth layoff Margarito came back and won first fight against Garcia. A shake the ring rust off fight. Manny took Margarito on even though the weight reach and size advantage wasnt in his favor. Marg was beaten badly! Marag looked like a fighter who was out classed not one that was rusty or shot. He fought to the end!

Oscar- weight drained & shot. (not Pacman's fault).
Hatton- no advantage.
Cotto-at mannyweight after a war with Clottey
Mosley-shot after a beating by Floyd & a draw with Mora
Margarito- disgraced cheater at mannyweight for a vacant strap, lame.
Bradley- none, Bradley beats him but loses ud.

It's pretty clear that the Cotto fight especially Pacman needed a weight stipulation. With the icing on the cake being that Manny refused to fight him above 148 this time around, doesn't take genius to figure out why. However it does take a genia$$ to make excuses for Pacman.

So Mosley was good against Floyd because he beat the disgraced cheater, but shot, old against Pacquiao a year later??

What about the Clottey fight??I missed your opinion.

A twelve round shut out over Clottey, 120-108 isn't a good performance with no advantages??
I recognize Clottey "shell defense" style was tailor made for a fast fighter with a high workrate BUT still a good win.

Mosley-Mora was an ugly draw.

And it should be mentioned Pac refused to fight Shane without some ridiculous catchweight after Shane crushed Margarito.
