if arreola wants to really impress he's got to weigh less than 220 lbs

he's clearly capable of being that light
    215 or so

he and solis can hit up fat camp

if only the HW's were all so well conditioned

I don't see how Arreola has any power at less than 220 pounds. It's too late for that.

At this point he's not going to get much below the mid-230s. If he can't get it done there, he ain't going to get it done, period.

He doesn't need to be less than 220; that could diminish the strength he used to continuously backup a 250+ Vitali despite getting tatooed round after round. At 230-240, he's strong and has excellent stamina (he'll still look flabby, but the extra skin from getting upto 300+ wouldn't let him not look flabby until he hit the weight room and/or spent a considerable amount of time under 230).

Goossen needs to stop moving him in the WBC rankings and try to get him a shot through another organization, Vitali is too adept at fighting plodding opponents that are slower than him. I think Arreola would defeat Povetkin and Wlad would have is hands full against him though. This opinion is in the minority, but Wlad-Arreola is a potential FOTY candidate when it happened, regardless of who'd win.

Arreola should be fighting a Klitschko again anytime now.
