Is that really why though? I mean look at Floyd's last couple pay days compared to pacquiao's. Mayweather's money goes straight to his pockets for the most part, Pacquiao gets stripped for cash.

Ariza doesnt work for Arum. Ariza is a strength and conditioning coach who has been hired by Manny himself. Arum can try and pursuede Pac into firing Ariza, but Arum has no control over Pac's affiliation with Ariza.
