    Rehydration weight = Power?

some guys seems to put alot of weight on fight night and some guys dont, even if they are about the same size..

can all of this weight makes a big difference? or is it just watter that slows you down?

guys like victor Ortiz and chavez Jr. Margarito can put almost 20 pounds on fight night... and guys like mayweather, Pac and Martinez weight almost the same at fight night..

It goes both ways so it depends on the fighter.

Some guys are naturally bigger so they'll have an advantage in the ring. Sometimes you cut too much weight it will weaken you. Just depends on the guy.

Youre looking at it the wrong way

They aren't putting on weight on fight night but are putting back the water that they squeezed out of their body

So basically they are returning to their "natural" weight that theyd be at if they were properly hydrated

PAC and Floyd are right at that natural weight when they fight
