Exactly -- which is why he should have done the rematch.

He didn't and now he's obsessed.

LMFAO at Lewis projecting his chin vulnerabilities onto Vitali & turning Chisora's power into the likes of his own. If this isn't someone who wants SOMEBODY else to do there dirty work... i don't know what is. Pathetic to say the least.... 8.5 yrs since the last time he laced up the gloves & he's still trying to beat Vitali ilegitimately.

Lewis sort of set the template for the Klitschko's, especially Wlad, so I'm not sure that he can complain about how the division has gone. There are plenty good guys coming up who will provide a more serious test to the K's if they stick around, but no real superstar. The K's are superstars in Europe and that's where they make the dough.

Yes exactly. Lennox has been trying to beat the Klitschkos by proxy ever since he and Vitali fought. He'd offered useless "advice" to a variety of fighters like JC Gomez and Sam Peter. He so badly wants somebody, ANYBODY to beat Vitali "for him."

Why doesn't Lewis just get in the gym and try to do it himself? He's older, but Vitali is hardly a spring chicken himself at age 40.

Lewis himself KNOWS he didn't beat Vitali.. yet fans everywhere vouch for his victory as if he was the better man that night when they know he wasn't. Vitali was pummeling him from pillar to post for 18 minutes.. Lewis is made up of flesh & bones... everytime he looks in the mirror he's reminded of the night he escaped with a W that had Vitali's name all over it but was handed to him on a platter. I know i wouldn't be able to live with myself losing 4 of 6 rds.... getting outthrown & outlanded in every rd.. being booed by every single fan in the audience that night for stealing a victory he didn't earn or deserve..

These haters make it seem like it was some abberation that Vitali outboxed him handily when Vitali OUTBOXES every single opponent he's ever faced with.... is on Lennox's level as a fellow alltime great.. perhaps we didn't know that before or during the bout but we certainly know that Vitali is IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM inferior to him & all signs point to the fact he's actually superior as a fighter but nostalgiac fans don't want to hear that... they think Vitali losing ONLY on freak cuts & a severe shoulder injury is somehow a way to defeat him & justfiably so but how can you beat him IN ANY other fashion

... these 2 defeats are due to Vitali's BODY knocking him out & NOTHING else... his body doesn't knock him out & he has a perfect record right now & is loooking to end his carreer at 60-0 with no injuries halting his natural progression.... What I JUST SAID scares everyone but haters know in there hearts just like LL knows in his that what was stated in this post is closer to the truth than not.

How Pathetic Is The Heavyweight Division???

Remember not too long ago when Tyson, Holyfield, Bowe, Michael Spinks, Larry Holmes, Ali, Foreman, and Frazier fights were regular, headliner EVENTS! I mean they stopped traffic. They were frequent and anticipated. Those days are over, the division is forgotten, and we rarely see a Heavyweight fight, let alone know any of the fighters, besides the Klitschko Bros. Sad. It used to be, "so goes the Heavyweight Division, so goes Boxing". Now Boxing does just fine without the Heavyweight Division. Tony Thompson is the only American hopeful? That's not saying much. It used to be All American Bad Asses, now it's a bunch of big euro stiffs, and an occasional fat American resembling Tony Tubbs. A former journeyman, Renaldo Snipes could dominate this sad division today.
