You must be boricua. Margarito was doing well vs Cotto, his problem was the eye which he hurt badly vs Pacman. Why?? Cause he´s a true Mexican. We prefer to die or lose an eye in the ring instead of kneeing, running and hugging like Ricans do. Like Mosley did vs Pacman too. If Marg´s eye is OK, I guarantee you he would beat Cotto in a third fight.

I truly think this ia the smartest business move and career move for Chavez. Martinez is 37-38 and at this point in Chavez career he is the paper champ not the real champ. Anyone with two eyes can see he is young and needs more seasoning in the ring. He needs to step up his competition level over the next three fights before he takes on a fighter wil the skill level of Martinez. I wouldn't fed one of my cash cows to a wolf either if I was Arum. If I was Chavez trainer and actually cared for his career I would recommend Lee or a Macklin type fighter. Blood and guts brawls for Chavez keep it exciting and entertaining. At the same time step up the level of competition over his next three fights. He would be ready to fight on that level or as ready as hell ever be by 2013 if he is brought along over the next year. I had much the same feeling about carl Froch as many do here about JR. I think that Carl is a hell of a fighter and world class.
