lol you're a ****ing moron...post that news you're talking about or get your dumbass out of here. here's another boxingscene article that says how much donaire wanted to fight moreno.

Nonito Donaire: I would love to fight Moreno next.

BoxingScene.com caught up with newly crowned WBC/WBO bantamweight champion Nonito "Filipino Flash" Donaire at Brandon Rios' media workout. Both fighters are trained by Robert Garcia and promoted by Top Rank.

i never said donaire ducked him. the point is that neither side was in the position for the fight, both were going thru very public contract disputes at the time, the fight wasnt gonna happen.

and moreno didnt struggle with either sydorneko nor darchinyan. he soundly beat sydorenko both times. the judges score cards were bull****. stop boxrecing.

and how the hell could anyone even argue he struggled with vic? he took vic apart. i mean his performace was more than impressive.

There are so many threads on Donaire/Rigondeaux its crazy! Nishioka is number 1, Rigondeaux is number 2 and Donaire is number 3 (probably gonna be ranked 5-7 according to Ring). Donaire is calling out number 1 and Rigondeaux is calling out number 3.

Donaire is fighting Arce to help get his name out and Nishioka next to unify and claim the number 1 spot in the division. Whats wrong with that?

Rigondeaux should be trying to do the same. Fight a name like Rafael Marquez then unify against Takalani or try to steal the Nishioka fight then corner Donaire if he wants him soo bad.

just post your link to your claim moron...it's very simple to do.

top rank was trying to make donaire-moreno before donaire's contract expires at the end of may. moreno priced himself out that's why the fight did not happen. then he signed up with gbp...donaire also signed up with gbp but top rank did not allow it as simple as that. there's a chance the fight could happen even before the contract problems came up. donaire was on board, moreno was not.

the fight is part of what caused the contract problems. if im not mistaken donaire was offered the minimum and he wasnt happy about it, so he left. instead of coming on here thinking u know wat ur talking about, mebbe u should pay attention to the news. i know im not wrong. i followed the story pretty deeply.

probably wants an impressive performance against arce due to him looking less than impressive in his last two fights

donaire still seems like the real deal to me but it would be nice if he targeted the more meaningful fights like he used to do
My thoughts as well. Donaire should be able to put on a highlight reel performance against Arce. Then go for Nishioka

According to reports in Panama, World Boxing Association (WBA) bantamweight champion Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno (30-1, 10KOs) has rejected an offer to face WBC/WBO champion Nonito Donaire (26-1, 18KOs) on May 28 at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. Moreno's agent, Roberto Grimaldo, was informed by the boxer than offer of $300,000 is insufficient. The message came through Chemito's wife.
