Takalani Ndlovu (33-6, 18KOs) will make the second defense of his IBF super bantamweight title against countryman Jeffrey Mathebula (25-3-2, 14KOs) on March 24th at Carnival City Casino in Brakpan, South Africa. Ndlovu faces Mathebula for a second time. The first time, in September 2010, saw Ndlovu win a twelve round split decision. This time Mathebula is the IBF's mandatory challenger. Ndlovu captured the title with a twelve round decision over Steve Molitor in their 2011 trilogy bout. He returned in October to retain the title with a twelve round split decision over Giovanni Caro.
