Lets set the record straight about Chavez jr

First off: He didn't flee anything, didn't avoid anything.

Second: If you have gripe about JCC jr not taking a post fight urine test, blame the state of Texas and the local fight commission.

Don't blame the WBC which has the rule that fighters have to be tested, but they aren't accountable for actually enforcing it. That job belongs to State officials, not WBC officials.

It's not the WBC's fault that the damn state of Texas doesn't even enforce drug testing. Look it up, Texas doesn't give a damn about drug testing, so what are you going to do?

About Chavez and the Rubio fight. Everyone and their mom was saying Rubio was a legit contender and couldn't wait to see him cream the kid. Look up threads from the past two weeks up until fight night. Now, it turns out lol, Rubio is nothing but a bum, just like Duddy, Lyell, Manfredo, Zbik and Molina. His resume ****s on a lot of his weight class peers by the way. Again...look it up.

He fought a great fight on Saturday night and if nothing else, have to at least recognize his heart and willingness to **** inside the ring. Can you experts that hate the kid and swore he was going to lose at least accept his heart? It's ok if you do, really, it is.

I know some of you are ragging about the Martinez fight being delayed. Give it a fight or two and it'll come. Just chill the hell out. It's nearing the boiling point and just around the corner.

        Complete bull*****.

Here is the WBC rules book, rule 4.9
) Antidoping Test Required. The antidoping tests are mandatory for every world title or elimination bout. When a site for a title bout has no antidoping facilities, a nearby city will be used. The WBC may print a form setting forth the antidoping tests and procedures and attach it to registered contracts of champions and challengers. An official WBC laboratory may also be established by the WBC. Both champion and challenger shall adhere to these procedures and policies, and mandatory drug testing will be performed pursuant to the WBC Rules and Regulations herein.
Ok so Texas does have facilities so they dont have to find another city but its the WBC's job to adhere the test.

But ok lets say the WBC contracted the commission to take the test. Lets be honest, the commission will not forget to do the test if they were contracted by the WBC. And even if they were contracted by the WBC, its still on the WBC's shoulder to provider their "customers" [rubio, JCCjr] with what they are contractually obligated to provide, so its STILL the WBC's fault in that situation.

Lets look at it this way. If you hire a contractor to build you a Maple wooden house and the contracter then goes to a Home Depot to buy wood and then builds the house with that wood. But then you find that the house is actually Ash wood. So are you be ok if your contracter just said, Take it up with Home Depot since they supplied the wood when you actually have a contract with your contractor?

It's in the rule book, that's not to be disputed. It's an enforcement issue. Texas doesn't require it, so the WBC basically didn't give a ****. I still blame the state commission.

I see right through Rubio, he's just crying because Jr whipped his ass.

How is it Texas' responsibility to enforce the WBC rules? They only enforce their own rules.

Its like saying if 2 fighters agree on a 150 pound catchweight for a SuperWW fight, then its the commissions responsibility to punish a fighter if he weighs 151 pounds? Its the same reason Floyd wasnt punished by NSAC for weighing 146 against JMM

I really dont get whats so hard to understand
