man, the ducking stuff is soooo overrated. I told everyone this when people were saying it about Margarito and guys before this and after.
Sergio might cant get the fights that Sergio wants to get but there are a ton of people at 168 who would get in line to fight him. There are also a ton of guys at 154 who would fight him any second but he doesnt want to fight, like a Kirkland, Molina, Pirog, Lara, and so one.
He has a ton of good guys he can fight. He just wants certain fights so you cant say he's being ducked if there are other top fights out there because in that case he is ducking Pirog or whoeverComment

Sergio can fight Pirog, Lee, Ward, Bute, Kirkland, Lara, anytime he wants, if he chose to do so.
Macklin is a good fight, and I don't understand how Sergio and Lou can say "Pirog is a nobody, hasn't done anything besides fighting Jacobs", but then turn around and fight Darren Barker, who no one knew at all at the time.
With that said, Pirog should shut up and raise his stock more by fighting Geale, which would be a great fight. But, it looks like Geale is fighting someone else in March instead.
Still, Pirog can fight Peter Quillin, a gave a solid performance against Mcewan, who gave Andy Lee all he wanted.
