That's the point of countering, not opening up and exploiting your opponent weaknesses... Why would somebody open up to receive shots? He had a strategy and that strategy was to first not be hit by Nonito and then throwing punches to hurt him. Nonito won, he did won, but that's no excuse for Nonito, I thought he wasn't as fast as he was in the 118 division and had just regular power for this division.

Edit: BTW I think Nonito actually hurt himself in the face since WV2 was completely defensive and according to some guys here didn't throw punches.

Get a clue - anyone who says Donaire loses in his next two fights without knowing who the opponent is - is clearly a hater just waiting and hoping he loses.

Donaire was made to look very average tonight just finished watching this fight and wasn't impressed with donaire at all no defense at all he depends on offense and when that doesn't work hes screwed soon as he comes up against a top guy either in this weight or another weight he's going to lose and lose badly.

He broke his left hand in the 4th or 5th round...DUMBA$$!!! For Donaire to have broken his hand early in the the fight and was still able to buzz and put WV2 down was pretty good in my book. Judge Garcia should be suspended, plain and simple.
