Arce was losing before the knockout while Vazquez in this fight was fighting scared of donaire power. He won less rounds than he did against arce. Add the fact that donaire left hand got ****ed up due to his brittle hand.

Easier said than done. Every fighter has a plan till he gets hit.

Anyways. Nonito showed some vulnerabilities to boxers. People who will hold their water and keep that jab going until Nonito fades. Great strategy by Vazquez he just didn't follow up after it.

Maybe Rigondeaux really could beat him. If Vazquez would have thrown a left hook at the end of his combinations for 7th onward. Nonito probably would have been hurt often. Jumping into the left hook.

          Cong**** to Nonito though.
Yes I kept waiting for that left hook after scoring with a right, and Donaire was wide open for it.

Only a non-boxer could hate on Donaire's fight tonight considering how well he performed with blood dripping out of wounds from his knuckles and blood covering his wraps.

i can't understand for the life of me why u guys are bashing donaire, u act like he lost badly, give credit when its due, he just moved up in weight as well gtfo ppl!
Good showing by Nonito. Vazquez jr is no fluke, great chin and heart shown by the boricua. But by all means Donaire is not p4p material, at least not yet. Given he gets past Arce I can see a lucrative fight vs Juanma Lopez @ 126 given Juanma puts away Salido.
Both Cubans will get ducked. Mark this.

I would agree with you but hes not fighting the cream of the division in Vazquez is he and Vazquez looked good (which he really isn't).

Did you see how slow Vazquez was tonight and he still landed with good consistency on donaire, Donaires a decent fighter but i think it's just a matter of time before someone gets donaires name on their resume.

Nonito will get ko'ed within his next couple of fights, just watch. That said... 115-112! WTF, Vazquez did better than expected but not like that!
