        The holder of the p4p title basically answers the question "who would be the best if size wasn't a factor?". Joe, Toney is good - don't get me wrong, but Mayweather would beat him in a p4p sense.

          If Toney becomes Linear Champion at Heavyweight and then defends the title against legitimate contenders I actually believe that he should be ranked #1 P4P. He wins fights at heavyweight almost purely with skill.
