SAN ANTONIO, Texas. - WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. is very upset with the week-long complaints from his mandatory challenger, Marco Antonio Rubio. Later at the Alamodome, Chavez makes the second defense of his title and he hopes to end the fight by knockout. Rubio has been protesting the selection of referee Lupe Garcia. He would rather have a non-Mexican referee involved in the fight. The WBC rejected Rubio's protest.
