His basis is that hard ass bodyshot...I have never seen a person throw a body shot like that in my entire life...he didnt punch him...he just balded up his fist, and dug his entire forearm into the guy..like he was stabbing him with a long sword....I do think he is too strong for donaire, this is why donaire came out with all the duckertalk...lol

I honestly can't wait til Rigo start catching bodies, his record is gonna be full of them soon. I ain't gonna lie, if he and Donaire ever step into the ring, I will be rooting for Rigo to snatch his heart and his rib-cage lol, there's something so impressive about a guy who can shut his opponent down by hitting him once in the right place. Not that many fighters take the time to learn how to throw properly to the body, it really is a lost art.

Rigo might prove all the doubters wrong but Ramos is clearly not on the same level as Donaire. Ramos got on the scene with an upset win. Donaire by most is considered part of the elite of the elite. Mayweather, Pacquaio, Martinez and Donaire are looked at as a cut above the rest in skills.

Have you seen any of rigondeaux's amateur fights well? Or any other pro fights? His right hook is ridiculous. Who else here knows that Rigondeaux is right handed? Is that not common knowledge? The thing with Rigondeaux is that he fights down to your level and occasionally when he cares he'll open up. If anyone has followed his career in the amateurs as well as pros can tell he fights down to your level but just controls you and when he decides to open up. It's impressive. So if a better fighter comes along, please believe Rigondeaux will open up more and show more of what he really has to offer.

The Guy is extremly Left handed.the not seen the guy throw a real right hand at all bro.idk maybe he might work on it more cuz to me the guy throws that left over and over again he needs that right if wants to move forward so he needs to work on that hand much more..but overall the guy is pretty strong and he sits on hes shots alot.the gy has aalot of power but he still aint elite level still growing into elite level.but a very exciting fighter indeed

That's the only flaw I think he has, is that he doesn't seem to have an educated jab. He uses his jab simply as a range-finder, and maybe he does it on purpose, but I would like to see him throw the jab with conviction.

Throws it that way on purpose so when you come in he counters with his left and right hook. Like I said, it's only when he cares to open up he's incredible, check out fights of him against other southpaws and watch him use his right all day. Again, I thought this was common knowledge but he's right handed, he throws it lackadaisical because he uses that jab as bait.there was a time when a lot of cuban amateurs who were right handed were converted to lefties. RIGO is one of them as well as kindelan who is my all time favorite.
