According to WBC President Jose Sulaiman, his organization is currently speaking with Golden Boy Promotions regarding the possibility of having the "Diamond Title" at stake on May 5th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas - when Floyd Mayweather Jr. (42-0, 26KOs) challenges Miguel Cotto (37-2, 30KOs) for the WBA's junior middleweight title. Two of the boxers to claim the WBC's "Diamond Title" include Manny Pacquiao and Sergio Martinez.
