Obviously it takes two to tango, but I've switched channels 3 different times while a Bradley fight has been on (seriously). As far as Pac's motivation, I see where Freddie's coming from. What does Pac really gain from beating Bradley? He beat an undefeated 140lber? Cool...
Better than draining fighters to lower weights

Pac vs Bradley equals to Mayweather vs Hatton, which fake boxing fans like the *******s still cry about to this very day....

Understandable but how come Pac put it out there that he would take less? Fight ain't ever happening.
Because Pac wanted to make the fight, but Bob Arum didn't. Fake boxing fans like *******s ignore the fact and taint this website with nonstop BS.

EVERYONE knows Pac agreed to the lesser share, May 5th and random blood testing. Mayweather accepted... Now, enter Bob Arum and here we are; an EX top Rank fighter fighting Mayweather and Pac fighting Bradley who just signed with Top Rank to get the fight with Pac.

What's roach on about? I thought manny was super fired up about Marquez and mosley and trained like a beast yet had poor showings come fight night citing cramps!

The whole motivation factor for Pacquiao is an excuse in the event he loses. Bradley is no joke, and I will eat those words if Pacquiao destroys him.

Seems Freddy already got his bag of excuses ready. I hope the pac fans are classy enough not to stoop to his level when bradley wins.

This fight will do very poor business.
Floyd's selection of Cotto was made out of the need to fight a man with a Country behind him.
                  That means big PPV numbers.
Bradley's following consists of four cheerleaders from his High School days.
Pac is looking for an easy mark after his tough, third Marquez adventure.
I can't blame him for taking an easier road after that encounter.
As for Mayweather, he would rather spend 3 months in prison then 12 stanzas with Manny. That much is clear.
Shouldn't boxing be more than just a business. Not every fighter will have a whole country behind them. But because of that, does that make them bad fighters?Do you really think that Bradley will be an easy fight for Manny just because he doesn't have a following?

There are too many people on here that are only Pacquiao fans or Floyd fans and not true boxing fans. How can you not be excited about a young lion like Bradley fighting Manny??? Believe me, you might think that its an easy fight, but the Pacquiao camp knows the type of fight their about to be in. They never truly wanted this.Of course they would have rather faced Cotto because they already have beaten him. Marquez feels like he won the last fight,so he will not budge at the negotiation table. So that forces Bradley on them. Bradley will be a tougher opponent than Cotto or Marquez. He's simply younger, fresher, hungrier, and does not know how to lose.

The truth is, since the Mayweather fight couldn't be made, this is exactly what Arum wanted. That's why he signed Tim in the first place. He's cashing out now. Arum would rather Manny lose to Tim than to Floyd. This sets up a huge rematch and it all still stays in- house. If Manny wins the rematch, then that sets up the rubbermatch which would be huge. By that point, Timothy Bradley will be a household name off of the reputation he's earned in his battles with Manny. Then guess what??? Arum has his new cash cow. Out with Manny , in with Bradley. Arum, once again with his stategic planning, is on top of the boxing world.

Say what you want about Arum, but you can never call him a bad business man. He signed Bradley because he knows Tim has the style to beat Manny. So instead of Manny losing to Floyd, who Arum can't stand, why not sign the other guy that has the potential to beat Manny? Brilliant move on his part. So to all the Pacquiao fans that think this is just a tune up until the Mayweather fight, ask Bob if its a tune up. LMAO!!! This is what's called a power move by a highly successful businessman.

I agree with you 100%!!! Its amazes me how easily it is to write off guys like Cotto and Bradley. Cotto is a very skilled boxer. And if he uses his jab and go back to throwing that wicked left hook to the body, Floyd is in for a long night.

Some might say that I'm crazy, but Manny only has a puncher's chance against Bradley. At this stage, he's not faster than Bradley, but he still has that big punch. The question is, will he land it against Tim. He couldn't against an older slower Marquez, and Tim is very capable of executing the same fight plan as Marquez. The difference will be the inside fighting. Its a mismatch on the inside favoring Tim. Manny is a finesse fighter not a rugged fighter. And believe me, Bradley will make it a brutal rugged fight at times, headbutts and all!!! I think that Cotto and Bradley are definitely jeopardizing a Pacquiao/Mayweather fight.

i can agree with roach, bradley is not much to look forward to. he's a good boxer who can adjust, but not on the highest level and pac will expose him.
unless bradley plans to use his head as a battering ram to open pac's cut that needs 6 months to heal.
                      *yawn* nobody cares moving on!
