Is Cotto a BLOWN UP super-lightweight or a NATURAL Welterweight?

Cotto beat DeMarcus Corley and Paulie Mallignagi at 137 lbs. each.

He lost to Pacquiao at 145 lbs. and beat Mosley at 147 lbs.

Cotto has definitely had some very good fights at both the super-lightweight and the welterweight levels.

Today, at only 5 foot 6 (a lightweight's height) but weighing 17 lbs. bigger than when he was we a super-lightweight world champion, is Cotto a blown up super lightweight or a natural welterweight?

A blown up light welterweight? He's more of a natural welterweight and a little bit blown up light middleweight.
