4 left overs is still more then 1. Besides Floyd really had no choice, who else was he going to fight. Pacquiao doesn't want it, if he fights Canelo he is fighting too green, of he fights Cotto he is fighting a leftover. Floyd is always in a lose lose situation.

      THIS RIGHT HERE! Exactamundo!

The point is, FLOYD HIMSELF is the one who kept brinigng up Pac fighting his leftovers to discredit Pac and *****s always used this as ammunition against Pac! The main Point that's being made right now is that Floyd is a fucking HYPOCRITE! That's all there is to it.

Why are *****s being defensive? Isn't this fact? We're not discussing Pac fighting leftovers or Pac draining opponents (which are both true) but the one and ONLY point that is being made here is that Floyd is a fucking HYPOCRITE. No ifs, ands, or buts.

Pacquiao is Torrecampo's leftover's. Floyd should fight Torrecampo isntead of Pac.

Floyd said s**t about leftovers, and his hardcore bias fans ran with it. Botton line.....Floyd always talks s**t and people read too far into it at times.

Manny gets more credit for beating Cotto first, but Floyd still gets his due for beating him at 154. Same thing with Ricky Hatton, only vice-versa. Cotto is past his prime-still good, pretty much the same guy he was in 09'.

Cotto at 154 is a B+ fight, been saying it since day one.

Bias Floyd fans will now back track on the leftover talk, while bias Floyd haters and Manny fans will now say that fighting leftovers is bad. It's ridiculous.

Was Frazier leftovers after Foreman beat him??? Was Hearns leftovers after Leonard beat him??? Was Patterson leftovers after Liston beat him???

Get the f**k out of here with the leftover talk, it's bulls**t.

Cotto at 154 is a good fight. Cotto is like where Shane was in 2005. Past his prime-still good. It wasn't even until like 2009-2010 that Shane was past his prime completely, and he still beat Margarito in 09'. Cotto at 154 is better than when Floyd fought Mosley. Yes, Mosley was coming off good wins, but he showed he was past it completely in that fight. And although Floyd gets his due for that fight, he'll get more for beating Cotto at 154.

Also, no matter who Floyd fights, they switch it and spin it into a crappy option after the fight or leading up to the fight.

Against Ortiz, everyone was saying "No way Floyd fights Ortiz, he's way too much of a risk, especially after beating Berto. Floyd will avoid him". It turned out that Manny didn't want to fight Ortiz and chose to fight Marquez at 144, and than Floyd was announced to fight Ortiz. At first, people were surprised and giving Floyd props. Over the course of 2-3 months though, it slowly turned into, Ortiz is a bum, beat a hype-job. Ortiz at 24 is too green, even though he was prime.

Now, before Floyd announced the Cotto, the hardcore Pac fans and even neutral fans were saying "Floyd is going to fight Canelo, a mexican, and Canelo is a joke, too green. Floyd should fight Cotto at 154". Now, it's "Cotto is a leftover, blah, blah, blah". It's ridiculous.

Even when it looked like Floyd would fight Sergio, people were saying "Sergio just gox exposed by Darrek Barker, haha, Floyd cherry picking again". They discredit anything and everything the guy does, it's insane. And it's the same thing with Manny a lot too.

Mayweather-Cotto at 154 and Pac-Bradley are good fights. Cotto is probably alittle bit better than Floyd's choice of Ortiz and his best choice since Hatton in 07' probably. And Bradley is Pac's first legit choice since Cotto in 09' and his best since Marquez in 08'.

People are missing the obvious here in regard to a leftover.

You have to consider what happened in between the loss and when the next fighter fought them. Timing is likely more important than the name attached. Just losing doesnt = leftover, Has more to do with not looking good in following fights, coming off losses etc... A damaged fighter at the time.
