Has the promotional stuff been talked about yet? Is Golden Boy promoting the whole thing? It may still be possible that Bob Arum is still involved with Cotto in the same way that Golden Boy is involved with Mayweather.

the man who works 4 top rank todd is his first name (unsure on last name) said cotto phoned him straight away and informed him tht he had agreed 2 fight mayweather, so cotto did inform top rank before it was released.

Also if arum takes 27% of pac then he probably takes a big chunk of cotto n cotto released he would make more money without arum/top rank
