Based on what evidence? He hasn't done even close to as much as Helenius, for example. Solis's greatness is a myth until he actually does something to back it up.

I admire your support for Solis, your positive comment for my countryman. Solis won't be a champion no because his skills or heart, he won't be a world champion because he doesn't like the boxing, he said it several times. He is boxing because is the only thing that brings him the food, he said it too. Solis won't be a champion because he has no discipline with his body, his trainning and the foods.
