Not true at all. People were trying to hype up Canelo. Yea no doubt. But, everybody was saying that Cotto would be the better pick. I don't like Floyd-Cotto, I personally won't pay for it. But, I will watch. And, it's better than the Canelo fight and it's not even debatable not even close.

Right. As I maintained, this fight is better than a Canelo fight. Clearly better. I'm not super excited about this though. Glad to see Floyd and Cotto be without Arum and do business.

This is an awesome fight! Believe it or not, Cotto does better against defensive boxers than aggressive types. Floyd will win this BUT the fight will be competitive in my opinion.

I'm pretty sure Canelo is going to fight on the undercard. Against who? I don't know...Maybe Mosley? But, that can be it's on HBO main even at Staple Center. Maybe someone like Rosado? I can see Alvarez-Rosado as the undercard. k9 will be fighting Spinks I think. Rodriguez might be an option. But, it might be a risk too.

This fight is ok... He couldn't get Pacquiao, he couldn't get Sergio. Hopefully this fight if promoted right will sell very high... it ain't like he is fighting Victor Ortiz. One of Pac's biggest fights was with Cotto. So Cotto is a draw, especially now that he beat Margarito.

I hope HBO removes freakin larry merchant from interviewing Floyd. And I hope the 24/7 Editor does a better job. Maybe Floyd should take it to show time.
